Statutory Text

It is ordered by the Court, that whosoeuer shall shoot of any gun on any nessesarie occasion, or att any game whatsoeuer, except att an Indian or a woolfe, shall forfeite fiue shillings for euery such shott, till further libertie shal-be giuen [given].
