Statutory Text

SEC. 134. If any person shall be apprehended, having upon him or her, any pick-lock, key, crow, bit or other implement or tool, with intent feloniously to break and enter into any dwelling house, ware house, store, shop, stable or other building containing valuable property; or shall have upon him any pistol, hanger, dirk, bludgeon, or other offensive weapon, with intent feloniosuly to assault any person; or shall be found in any of the aforesaid buildings with intent to steal any goods or chattels, every such person, upon conviction, shall be deemed a vagabond and rogue, and be fined not exceeding five hundred dollars, and imprisoned not exceeding one year.
