12.—If any student shall keep for his use or pleasure any riding beast, dog, gun, fire arms or ammunition, sword-dirk, sword-cane, or any deadly weapon whatever, or shall ride out unless the Principal may think his health or any special circumstance may require it, and grant him permission to do so, he shall be publicly admonished, suspended, or dismissed.
