Prohibited trading guns with Indians.
Statutory Text
§ 2. If any person shall induce any Indian to come within this state for the purpose of trade, otherwise than is hereinafter permitted, or shall purchase or receive of any Indian in the way of trade or otherwise, a horse or gun, he shall be fined in a sum not exceeding fifty dollars.
3. Any person who shall sell, exchange, or give to any Indian, any spirituous or vinous liquors, shall forfeit a sum not less than thirty, or more than one hundred and fifty dollars, or shall be imprisoned not exceeding thirty days nor less than ten.
