Statutory Text

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened, That every person who shall fire any gun or other fire-arm of any kind whatever within the limits of the city of New Haven, except for military purposes, without permission first obtained from the mayor of said city, shall be punished by fine not exceeding seven dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not more than thirty days.
