SEC. 19. Whoever shall in any highway or thoroughfare in this city fly a kite, or use any sport or exercise likely to scare horses, injure passengers, or embarrass the passage of vehicles, or shall in any place within the city limits, fire any gun, pistol, or other firearm, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
