Statutory Text

§ 10. Any person who shall shoot off a gun or pistol, or shall run or gallop a horse creature in said town, shall be liable to a fine of not less than two nor more than four dollars, to be recovered by warrant in the name of said county, before any Justice of the Peace in Hickman county, with costs, and shall be collected by a Constable and paid over to said Treasurer, as other sums collected by virtue of this act.
