Statutory Text

SEC. 9. The Mayor, wharf master, or either fire warden may give such directions as either of them may think proper, relative to the location of any boat having on board gunpowder, gun cotton, hay or other combustible materials; each of said officers are hereby respectively empowered to put in force any order or direction given under this section. Any person refusing or neglecting to obey such orders or directions shall be liable to the penalty provided in the last section of this Ordinance.
