Statutory Text
SECTION 1. Be it ordained by the City Council of Covington, That the sixteenth section of the ordinance to which this is an amendment, be so amended as to read: That if any person or persons shall be found guilty of shooting off any gun, pistol, musket, or any species of fire-arms, within the corporate limits of said city, in the day or night time, he, she or they shall, upon conviction thereof before the Mayor, be fined in any sum not to exceed ten dollars, with costs of prosecution.
