Statutory Text

6. From each and every attorney and counselor-at-law, civil engineer or surveyor, physician, dentist, apothecary or druggist, undertaker; from every keeper of a sugar or molasses refinery, beer saloon where no spirituous liquors are sold; on each and every billiard table or bowling alley, (not kept for the exclusive use of the owner or his family,) pistol gallery, job boat, factor, commission merchant, or broker; from each and every auctioneer the sum of fifty dollars, as license.
