No concealed carry of pistols, dirks, swords, or deadly weapons unless one was a traveler.

Statutory Text

SECTION 1. Every person, not being a peace officer or traveler, who shall wear or carry any dirk, pistol, sword in a cane, slung-shot, or other dangerous or deadly weapon concealed, shall, upon conviction thereof before any Court of competent jurisdiction, be deemed guilty of misdemeanor, and shall be imprisoned in the County Jail for not less than thirty, nor more than ninety days, or fined in any sum not less than twenty, nor more than two hundred dollars.

SEC. 2. Such persons, and no others, shall be deemed traveler[s] deemed a within the meaning of this Act, as may be actually engaged in making traveler. ajourney at the time.
