SECTION 1. […] That any person who shall […] shoot or discharge any gun, pistol or fire-arms, or fire-works, or other missiles within the limits of said cemetary, or shall cause any shot or missile to be discharged into or over any portion of said [cemetary,] or shall violate any of the rules made and established by the board of directors as hereinafter provided, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction thereof before any justice of the peace in Cook county, be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars, nor mroe than one hundred dollars, or by such fine and imprisonment in the county jail for not less than nor more than thirty days, and shll stand committed until such fines are paid.
