Statutory Text

SECTION 1. That Section 118 of said Act be amended so as to read as follows: If any person shall wilfully or maliciously disturb the peace or quiet of any neighborhood or family by loud or unusual noises, or by tumultuous or offensive conduct, threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to fight, or fighting, or by the firing any gun, pistol, or any other species of fire arms within the limits of any city, town or village in this Territory, every person convicted thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding two houdred dollars, or imprisonment in the County Jail, not exceeding two months.

SEC. 2. This Act to take effect and be in force from and after the first day of February, A. D., 1869.
