Statutory Text
SEC. 26. That every keeper of a billiard or other like table, for public use, a tax of twenty dollars for each and every table so kept; and every keeper of a ten-pin alley, a tax of thirty dollars for each and every alley so kept for public use. Every keeper of a pistol or rifle gallery, a tax of twenty-five dollars.
