Statutory Text

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That no person shall hereafter draw or haul any seine, net, gill net, floating net, drag; kill with any gun, pistol, gig or with powder; catch in pens, traps, hook, line and tackle, or in any oter manner, fish in Clinch river, from the line of Scott county to the Tazewell county line, from the first day of April until the fifteenth day of June in any year.
