SECTION 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person to carry about his person any pistol, Bowie knife or other deadly or unlawful weapon while within the corporate limits of this city.

SEC. 2. Any person who shall be guilty of violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined in a sum not less than ten nor more than fifty dollars.

SEC. 3. That this ordinance to be in force and take effect from and after its publication as required by law.
