Statutory Text

SEC. 12. It shall not be lawful for any person to keep in any shop, store, warehouse or other house or building within this town, without the special permission or authority from the Council, a greater quantity of gun or rock powder at any one time than twenty-five pounds; and every person offending against the provision of this section shall forfeit and pay to the town a fine of not less than five nor more than ten dollars.
