Summary

Prohibited concealed carry within any city town, or village of any pistol, bowie knife, dagger, or deadly weapon punished by a $5-35 fine.

Statutory Text

748. SEC. 153. If the peace of the proper county, be fined in any sum not less than five, nor more than thirty-five dollars. The provisions of this section shall not be construed to apply to sheriffs, constables and police officers, when in the execution of their official duties.
