Statutory Text

SEC. 6. No person shall shoot any bird or animal, nor hunt with gun or dog in any street, highway, alley, thoroughfare, park, or public grounds.

SEC. 8. No person shall fire, or discharge any cannon, gun, fowling piece, pistol or firearms of any description, or fire, explode, or set off any squib, crackers or other thing containing powder or other explosive substances on Sunday.
