49. To regulate or prohibit the carrying or wearing concealed on any person under his clothes or concealed about his person of any pistol, sling shot or knuckles, bowie knife, dirk knife or dirk, or dagger, or any other dangerous or deadly weapon, and to provide for the confiscation or sale of such weapon.
