To regulate or prohibit the carrying or wearing by any person under his clothing or concealed on his person, of any pistol, sling-sbot or knuckles, bowie knife, dirk knife, or dirk or dagger or any other dangerous or deadly weapon, and to provide for the confiscation and sale of any such weapons.
