Statutory Text

SECTION 1.—Every person under the age of eighteen (18) years who shall wear or carry any dirk, pistol, sword in case, slung shot, or other dangerous and deadly weapon concealed concealed upon his person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than twenty nor more than two hundred ($200) dollars, or by imprisonment in the County Jail not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

SEC. 2. All Acts and parts of Acts in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
