To prevent the discharge of any gun, pistol or other firearm, or the exhibition of any fireworks in any of the streets or public grounds, or in any place in which the common council may consider dangerous to the city or any property therein, or upon any premises in said city, in the possession of another person without the consent of the person having the posses-ion of such premises, and to prevent the destraction of birds and their young or eggs, in cemeteries or public grounds.
