Statutory Text

Sec. 344. That it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, exercise or pursue any of the following avocations or business without first having obtained and paid for a license therefor from the proper city authorities, the amount of which licenses are hereby fixed as follows, to wit:

27. Shooting galleries, or pistol galleries, $25 per annum, in advance.
