SECTION 1. Whoever shall in the presence of one or more persons exhibit any kind of fire arns, bowie knife, dirk, dagger, slung shot or other deadly weapon in a rude, angry or threatening manner not necessary to the defense of his person, faniil y or property, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeaoor and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
