SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That it shall be unlawful for any person, company or corporation to sell or offer for sale, any toy pistol, cartridges, caps or other contrivance by which said pistols are fired, within the limits of the State of Mississippi; and any person, company or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined not less than twenty nor more than fifty dollars.
