SEC. 28. Said town in its corporate capacity is authorized and empowered to enact ordinances not repugnant to the act organizing the Territory of Wyoming or the laws of said Territory, for the following purposes, in addition to the other powers granted by this act: […] to regulate the storage of gun-powder, kerosene and other dangerous material[.]
