26. To regulate and prohibit the carrying or wearing by any person, under his clothes or concealed about his person, of any pistol, sling shot or knuckles, bowie knife, dirk or dagger, or another dangerous or deadly weapon, and to provide for the confiscation or sale of such weapons.
