SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Georgia, That section 1st of the above recited Act be, and the same is hereby amended by striking out all of said section after the word “following,” in the fifth line of said Act, which is the enumeration of questions to be submitted to tax-payers, and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
