SEC. 9. Any person who shall carry, use for amusement or otherwise, or have in his or her possession, within the corporate limits of Boise City, the device or weapon commonly known as an air gun or spring gun, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding ten dollars, or be imprisoned in the city jail not more than five days, or be punished by both such fine and imprisonment.
