Statutory Text

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Alabama, That subdivision 28 of section 629 of the Code be amended so as to read as follows: 28. For dealers in pistols or pistol cartridges or bowie knives or dirk knives, whether principal stock in trade or not, three hundred dollars, provided that any cartridges whether called rifle or pistol cartridges or by any other name that can be used in a pistol shall be deemed pistol cartridges within the meaning of this section.
