Statutory Text

§ 35. Before engaging in any occupation or selling any article named in this and section thirty-seven of this article, the person desiring to do so shall procure license and pay the tax thereon as follows: […] to sell pistols, twenty-five dollars; to sell bowie-knives, dirks, brass-knucks or slung-shots, fifty dollars.
