To regulate and prevent the storage of gun powder, coal oil, turpentine, cotton, nitroglycerine, petroleum, and other combustible, or explosive materials, and the building of bonfires, and also, to restrain and regulate the use of fire works, firecrackers, torpedoes, roman candles, sky rockets and other pyrotechnic displays.
