Statutory Text

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, That it shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, force or throw, by the means of any air-gun or other arm or implement of any kind, and lead, iron or other hard substance upon any of the streets, alleys, lanes or public places within the state of Ohio, any person so offending shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined in any sum not more than twenty-five dollars nor less the one dollar.
