SECTION 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person to aim any gun, pistol, revolver or firearm of any description whatever, whether such gun, pistol, revolver or firearm be loaded, or not, at, or towards, any human being.

SEC. 2. Every person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred (100) dollars, or by imprisonment not more than thirty (30) days in the discretion of the court.
