SEC. 5004. Selling Firearms to Minors. No person shall knowingly sell, present or give any pistol, revolver or toy pistol to any minor. Any violation of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not less than ten nor more than thirty days.
