Prohibited Texans from attempting to murder others with firearms in other states.

Statutory Text

SEC. 33. If any person shall, within this State, wilfilly and feloniously discharge any gun, pistol, camon or other fire arms, so as to kill and murder any other person in any foreign country or territory, or in any other State, he shall be punished with death, or by confinement to hard labor in the Penitenitiary any term not less than three years, at the discretion of the jury.
